ZKSoftware Inc. is a branch of Sinocore Holding Group, SH Group specialized in venture investment, fin-ance, securities, real estate, Hotel and production of biometric technology with its patent. In September 1999, SH Group made investment into the biometric Technology Division and its affiliate, the R&D Center
of Beijing Zhongkong Automation System Co. , Ltd, then named this new company as ZKSoftware. ZKSoftware is dedica-ted to the promotion, popularization and localization of biometric technology based on its fingerprint algorithm. Our inte-rrelations and cooperation with a number of the companies, who own the world-class biometric technology, make us in the position of the head of the peers in the fingerprint markets at home and abroad. Over 420 companies use ZK fingerp-rint algorithm license in the worldwide. More than 80,000 sets of fingerprint products have been sold and applied in gove-rnmental institutions, the Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of National Security, Ministry of Telecommunications, Bank of China, etc. Our company has established strong cooperative relationships with Chinese governmental institutions , so-cial organizations and other public service organization in China.
